Preseason Vision Improvements

One thing we identified we wanted to improve for for the 2026 season was our vision processing. We had numerous issues with both options we tried during the 2025 season but also parts we liked about both. We had issues with electrical robustness and the LimeLight software when using the LimeLight 4s, then again had issues with electrical robustness and packaging when using RPI5s running PhotonVision. To combat this for this year we are planning to use an X86 Mini PC running PhotonVision. Locking this in now has allowed us to develop a robust mounting approach and develop a custom regulator to power it. Running a minipc also provides us with a lot of flexibility with our vision in season, being able to change out our cameras very easily and add more software features if we need, as we have plenty of processing left over.
